Well, Mr. Horse, what are your feelings about that fall?

I tried to read naked lunch but the imagery was too intense for me to follow. here's my theory on how Naked Lunch came about.

William S Boroughs wakes up: "ow my head! I will never do that again. Holy Christ? What day is it? How long was I gone for? What are all these papers doing scattered all over the place?"

Remembering only that the rent was due, William quickly stacked all the papers together and rushed them to his editor who found it much easier to string a story together in the sequence they were handed to him as, rather than re-order the pages.

A week later critics hail him as a beat generation genious. Burroughs himself was skipping around gayly in a lucid dream fuled by opium and populated with naked boys, rats, and monsters wearing S&M gear and herion sweat.

i really love this character.. it´s amazing, but i prefered them just inked, anyway i like the green...
